Why did I receive an email about the customer satisfaction survey?

- Defined contacts in our merchandise management system who have received a sales-related document from us in the last 12 months – for example, a quote, an order confirmation or an invoice.
- Self-registered customers in the online shop who last logged in within the last 12 months.
These criteria serve as proof that a current business relationship exists. This is the only way we can ensure that we receive relevant feedback from active customers.
When can I take part in the customer satisfaction survey?
Participation is possible for a period of four weeks, calculated from the date on which you receive the first invitation email.
How many emails will I receive regarding the customer satisfaction survey?
You will receive no more than three emails in connection with the customer satisfaction survey:
- Invitation email to participate
- Reminder email approximately two weeks after the invitation email
- Conclusion email approximately four weeks after the invitation email
Is the customer satisfaction survey anonymous?
Yes, participation in the survey is completely anonymous. Only if you voluntarily provide your contact details during the survey, for example to discuss your answers with us personally, can we establish a connection to your person. Without this active disclosure, your participation is guaranteed to remain anonymous.
Why am I receiving a reminder when I have already taken part in the customer satisfaction survey?
As the survey is anonymous, we are technically unable to identify which individuals have already participated.
For this reason, all original recipients will automatically receive the reminder, regardless of whether they have already participated in the customer satisfaction survey or not.
Where can I find the results of the customer satisfaction survey?
The results will be published on our website once the customer satisfaction survey has been completed and evaluated.
