Jörg Sturm
- Managing Director & Chair of the Management Board STAUFF Germany
Jörg Sturm is a graduate engineer in the field of electrical engineering and electronics, studied business administration, and has many years of management and sales experience in the fluid power sector. He has been working for STAUFF in Germany since January 2026.
Following his initial induction, he took on the role of Chair of the Management Board STAUFF Germany in April 2026.
Carsten Krenz

Carsten Krenz is a graduate engineer in the field of production engineering and can look back on several decades of relevant professional and leadership experience in the areas of production and logistics. He has been working for STAUFF in Germany since 2012 initially as a plant manager.
He has been a member of the general management of STAUFF Germany since 2015.
Martin Köper

Martin Köper has been working for STAUFF in Germany since 2013, initially as Head of Finance and Controlling.
