Positive results across all channels and sectors

At STAUFF Germany, we surveyed our customers over a period of 4 weeks at the beginning of the year. We wanted to know what they already like about us and how we can improve even further in the future.

The result makes us proud: on average, we achieve a recommendation rate of 8.5 out of 10 possible stars, based on over 900 customer votes.

Evaluation

We take criticism and suggestions seriously

The survey confirms that customers particularly appreciate our solution-orientated approach and the high quality of our products. This confirms us in our mission to continue to recognise the challenges of our customers in the future and to find the best, simplest and fastest solutions as a full-liner.

At the same time, our customers have given us valuable insights into their work and provided us with suggestions for improvement and criticism. We take these very seriously and are starting an action plan to improve further. Whether in production, delivery, service or our online shop: Feedback is seen and new ideas are implemented.

We would like to thank our employees for their excellent work and all our customers for their participation.
