We will not be dispatching goods from 23 December 2026 up to and including 3 January 2027. To ensure you receive your parcels on time, you’ll find all the important information here regarding the final dispatch dates and the latest possible order deadlines:

Please place your orders by 15 December 2026 at the latest

Please place orders by 11.00 am on 22 December 2026 at the latest

Please note:

This policy applies exclusively to parcel shipments. Pallet shipments, groupage consignments and shipments with higher volumes or weights can only be accommodated to a limited extent during the final dispatch days before our closure, and only following prior consultation.

Information regarding orders received after the deadline

After 16 December 2026, consignments can generally only be dispatched via our express parcel service and subject to the specified cut-off times.

We will continue to accept orders for standard delivery. These will be prepared for picking in advance so that delivery can take place as quickly as possible once dispatch operations resume from 4 January 2027.
