By submitting an idea in this way, employees can play an active part in the development of the company and contribute to maintaining its competitiveness.
Each idea, no matter how small and insignificant it may appear, is taken seriously and investigated in detail. The progress of suggestions can be viewed on the portal at any time.
For every successfully implemented improvement suggestion, STAUFF Germany pays a bonus to the submitter. For improvements where the savings cannot be calculated directly, this bonus is determined based on a fixed assessment scheme, which is transparent and easy to understand for all involved. If the savings resulting from the improvement can be calculated directly, the submitter receives 10 per cent of the actual savings in the first year.
In addition, several attractive special prizes are raffled off among all submitted or implemented suggestions.
