Gauge Inspection of Assembly Studs
Programme expansion: 24° cone gauges from STAUFF now available individually or as a complete set

STAUFF now offers 24° cone gauges as test equipment for the gauge insepction of assembly studs for the manual and machine-assisted assembly of cutting rings.
In addition to the purely visual inspection for obvious damages (scratches, notches, material erosion in the cone), this inspection method is mandatory after every 50 assembly processes in accordance with DIN 3859-2.
With these accessory tools, assembly tools with 24° internal cone can be checked for dimensional accuracy quickly and easily.
Damaged and/or due to material expansion no longer dimensionally accurate assembly tools must be replaced immediately.
