Kroning GmbH based in Bremen (Germany) and STAUFF have established a trusting business relationship over a period of several decades. Both companies have now invested further in their cooperation. Kroning has become a STAUFF LINE system partner. The crucial element here is that the family-run company focuses on all services concerning the manufacturing of hydraulic line systems.
Taking responsibility together
This is exactly what the STAUFF LINE system partnership is all about: Together with our authorised partners, we can take on the responsibility for entire line systems from machinery and plant manufacturers,” explains Jörg Deutz, CEO of STAUFF. From design and consulting to hose assembly, tube bending and pre-assembly to the delivery of entire assemblies, STAUFF LINE system partners can take on all services for machinery and plant manufacturers.
Udo Willenberg, who started his apprenticeship at Kroning 45 years ago and has been a member of management since 2014, witnessed the changes in the fluidpower market first-hand: “For some time, the focus has been shifting from individual components at the lowest possible price to the functionality and reliability of the complete system. We can ensure this in cooperation with STAUFF.”
The foundation for this is provided by the components from the STAUFF Line range, which have been developed with the system concept in mind, starting with the STAUFF Connect tube connector system in 2015.
Dr.-Ing. Arne Lucas, who manages the family-run company Kroning in the third generation together with his wife, sees another crucial aspect. STAUFF LINE system partners have access to the international STAUFF network if required and can also ensure the corresponding service for the export-oriented German OEMs. “This harbours an enormous growth potential for us.” He also emphasises: “We remain an independent company.”
Arne Lucas and Jörg Deutz agree: “If you want to be ready for the future, you have to be willing to develop further. Growth comes from trust.”
The STAUFF LINE system partnership – advantages for machinery and plant manufacturers
With the STAUFF LINE system partnership, STAUFF ensures that it is close to its customers in all markets and at all international sites of machinery and plant manufacturers. Service providers and trade partners with the appropriate qualification from STAUFF also support export-oriented German OEMs in all matters concerning hydraulic line systems, if required. Procuring all components from a single source and reducing the number of suppliers is only one aspect in this. On request,
