An independent award for STAUFF
As part of the independent study by LEADING EMPLOYERS, we were honoured with the Leading Employers Award 2025. This means we are officially one of the top 1% of employers in Germany - across all sectors.
The award is based on a comprehensive analysis of over 310 global sources and up to 660 data points per company. Among other things, employee satisfaction, value orientation, job security, development opportunities and many other relevant factors are assessed. It is not possible to apply - the selection is based solely on independent data.
We were particularly convincing in the area of "Employee Experience". This category is mainly about promoting a positive working environment and driving organisational success. This emphasises that we listen to and implement the feedback from our employees - always with the aim of continuing to grow and shaping the future together.
This award makes it clear that our values and our commitment to a modern, respectful and future-orientated working environment are paying off - for our team and for the STAUFF Group as a whole.
