Our Objective: Manageable Hydraulics

Jörg Sturm has been the Chief Executive Officer of STAUFF Germany since 1 April 2026. In the latest issue of O+P Fluidtechnik, he shares his views on the industry, technological developments and STAUFF’s strategic direction for the first time in this role.

In the interview, Jörg Sturm discusses, among other things, why hydraulics must now more than ever be considered as a complete system, the role played by smart components and digital services, and how STAUFF combines its regional roots with consistent international expansion.
