New: Excel export now available for orders, invoices and deliveries
Download search results directly as an Excel file from the customer portal
Registered users on the customer portal can now export search results in the ‘Orders, Invoices & Deliveries’ section directly as an Excel file (.xlsx).
This provides customers who are searching for orders, invoices or deliveries and wish to process the results further with a much more convenient export option. In addition to the existing CSV export, an Excel download is now available.
All key information at a glance
The exported Excel file contains all the information from the filtered search results, including:
- Order and purchase order information
- Customer and material numbers
- Order quantities and order values
- Outstanding, planned and already delivered quantities
- Scheduled and actual goods issues
- Dispatch and tracking information
- Delivery note and invoice details
This enables customers to track the current status of their orders themselves at any time and to quickly and clearly review information on deliveries, outstanding quantities or dispatch status.
Greater convenience for day-to-day work
This feature makes it even easier for customers to get an overview of their orders: instead of manually processing data from CSV files, search results can be downloaded directly as a structured Excel file and reused.
This feature offers significant added value in day-to-day work, particularly for customers who regularly manage large order quantities or monitor delivery dates.
