The 2026 customer satisfaction survey gives us valuable insights
Positive results across all sectors and channels
At the beginning of the year, we at STAUFF Germany surveyed our customers over a period of four weeks - as we already did last year. The aim of the survey was to gain a better understanding of what our customers already appreciate about us and in which areas we can improve even further in the future. The result makes us proud: an average of 8.4 out of 10 stars, based on more than 500 customer votes.

Basis for new measures and optimisations
We are very satisfied with the results. At the same time, we are using the valuable feedback from our customers to derive targeted measures and continuously optimise our services. To this end, we analyse the results in detail and work across departments to find solutions that will turn even more customers into fans in the future.
