Oil Sampling Kits

The SFSK oil analysis sets include the equipment for taking samples from a STAUFF test point or directly from a container or an oil tank. The hose supplied is connected directly to the test coupler via an adaptor and the fluid is filled into the sample bottle supplied. However, the sample can also be taken directly from a container using the hand pump and filled into the sample bottle. The sampling set is available in two versions with BSP and NPT test couplers.

The oil sampling sets from STAUFF have been specially developed to take oil samples easily, cleanly and precisely. They enable reliable sampling directly via a STAUFF measuring coupling or from a container or oil tank and are an indispensable tool for professional oil monitoring.

With the STAUFF oil sampling sets, you can take oil samples in two ways:

  1. Direct sampling via a STAUFF test coupling:
    The supplied hose is connected to the measuring coupling via an Adaptor, and the fluid is filled into the sample bottle cleanly and without further contamination.

  1. Manual sampling with the hand pump:
    Alternatively, the hand pump allows samples to be taken directly from a container or tank. The flexible tube is inserted into the liquid and the pump ensures effortless filling of the sample bottle.

 

Comprehensive scope of delivery

The oil sampling kits are supplied in a robust plastic case equipped with a resistant foam insert. The case contains

  • Vacuum pump: For clean and efficient sampling.

  • 1 m long hose: For insertion into a container or tank.

  • Two sample bottles: For safe storage of the sampled liquids.
