The cylinder pipe clamps - also known as saddle clamps or saddle clamps for cylinders - offer a reliable, flexible and already gentle solution for fastening cables to round or oval components such as cylinders, pipes or masts. They allow fixed positioning without structural interference with the base material and are ideal for mobile and industrial applications where stability and flexibility are equally important.

Material options and colours

STAUFF offers cylinder tube clamps - also known as ZR clamps - in the following materials:

  • Thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) in black or green, which is characterised by high resistance and flexibility.

  • Special colours and special flame-retardant materials that meet specific requirements are available on request.

Product variants and sizes

The cylinder pipe clamps are designed as a single standard component that enables flexible fastening. They adapt to diameters between 10 and 200 mm and can be fixed to cylinders or other round or oval bodies with diameters between 50 and 200 mm. Thanks to the combination with a standard tensioning strap or a worm drive clamp (e.g. in accordance with DIN 3017), the clamps can be optimally fastened and are laterally secured against slipping.

These saddle clamps are suitable for various industrial and mobile applications, in particular for
