Heavy Series according to DIN 3015, Part 2

The heavy-duty clamps in accordance with DIN 3015, Part 2, offer a reliable and durable fastening solution for demanding applications. These clamps - also known as block clamps, heavy-duty clamps, heavy-duty clamps or shear load clamps - are characterised by their robust design and high-quality materials. Thanks to the modular system, the clamps can be flexibly customised, while their vibration and noise-damping properties contribute to occupational safety and noise reduction. With the option of multi-layer installation, they are ideal for complex cable routing in industrial environments.

The clamps are available in three main versions:

1. Ribbed inner surface: For pipes with pre-tension.

2. Smooth inner surface: For hoses and cables without pre-tensioning.

3. With elastomer inserts: For particularly gentle, vibration- and noise-damping fastenings.

With sizes for diameters from 6 mm to 406 mm, they are suitable for cables of almost all sizes.
