STAUFF MCS Multi Coupling System

STAUFF multi couplings for hydraulics enable the simultaneous, low-leakage connection of multiple hydraulic lines in a single coupling operation. As part of the STAUFF MCS Multi Coupling System, these hydraulic multi couplings are designed for applications where attachments or hydraulic consumers are regularly connected, disconnected or changed. multi couplings reduce set-up times, minimise oil loss and increase operational reliability in mobile and stationary hydraulic systems.

The STAUFF MCS Multi Coupling System consists of a fixed coupling half on the machine side and a detachable coupling half on the attachment or unit. The hydraulic quick-release couplings are directly integrated into both halves. During coupling, all lines are connected simultaneously and securely locked via an ergonomic hand lever. The multi coupling is designed to withstand vibrations and can be operated without tools.

In addition, high-quality surface coatings are used to ensure reliable corrosion protection.
