Materials and surfaces

STAUFF offers WPC clamps in different material variants that are tailored to specific requirements:

  • Clamping jaws: Optionally in soft, cable-friendly elastomer material, optionally also in a flame-retardant version in accordance with UL 94 V-0.

  • Metal parts: Normal steel with STAUFF zinc/nickel surface or optionally stainless steel in V2A and V4A.

Product variants and sizes

The WPC clamps are available in several variants to secure different cable types and diameters:

  • WPC-ML: fastening of a cable, compatible with all common cable types and diameters in the wind power industry

  • WPC-E: Fastening of three cables with all common diameters

  • WPC-PE: Fastening PE conductors for earthing or regulating magnetic currents

  • WPC-V: Customised and application-specific variants and modifications, for example with defined cable spacing
